For the final, how much should we know about the homework readings? the take home messages? or details?Also, what about guest lectures? should we know the basics/details?
Regarding readings: the general message of the readings is fine, but the general message can sometimes be rather specific (e.g., why costs are rising as per Anderson, Reinhart, etc.). Guest lectures should be treated just the same as my lectures.
